Balsamic Vinegars | Modena, Italy

  • 12 Year White Balsamic Vinegar: Our light golden balsamic vinegar has the perfect balance between sweet and tart. Great on salads or drizzle on fish before baking or broiling.
  • 18 Year Traditional Balsamic: Our number 1 seller. This Balsamic de Modena is so smooth you could sip it after dinner. Use it as drizzle on aged cheeses, cured meats and fresh fruits, or as a dessert sauce for vanilla ice cream and strawberries. Makes a great marinade when paired with our olive oils. Phenomenal on salads and mixed greens.
  • Black Cherry: Enjoy the upfront flavor of black cherries with sweet balsamic vinegar, matured in wood barrels. Use as a condiment (on grilled vegetables, pastas, risotto) on roasted meats (pork, lamb) grilled salmon, in marinades, to enhance sauces, and for desserts.
  • Black Currant Balsamic Vinegar: Sweet, fruity currant flavor with a hint of licorice finish. Perfect for vinaigrettes, pork and duck.
