Just a few mixing ideas for extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars that go great together.

  • 18YR TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC VINEGAR -Mix with the following oils: Basils, Blood orange, Tuscan, Roasted walnut and always great with any unflavored extra virgin olive oil.
  • BLACK CHERRY BALSAMIC VINEGAR- mix with the following oils: Persian Lime, Blood Orange, Meyer Lemon, Walnut.
  • FIG BALSAMIC VINEGAR- mix with the following oils: Blood Orange, Porcini, Meyer Lemon, Garlic.
  • BLACK CURRANT BALSAMIC VINEGAR- mix with the following oils: Roasted Walnut, Basil, Persian Lime.
  • STRAWBERRY BALSAMIC VINEGAR- mix with the following oils: Meyer Lemon, Basil, Persian Lime, Blood Orange, Walnut.
  • PEACH BALSAMIC VINEGAR- mix with the following oils: Basil or Meyer Lemon.
  • OREGANO WHITE BALSAMIC VINEGAR- mix with the following oils: Garlic, Tuscan, Basil, Lemon, Chipotle.
  • SICILIAN LEMON BALSAMIC VINEGAR- mix with the following oils: Garlic, Meyer Lemon, Tuscan and Basil.
  • 12 YEAR WHITE BALSAMIC VINEGAR- mix with the following oils: Tuscan, Meyer Lemon, Persian Lime, Basil.
  • RASPBERRY BALSAMIC VINEGAR- mix with the following oils: Chipotle, Blood Orange, Meyer Lemon, Basil, Walnut.
  • POMEGRANATE BALSAMIC VINEGAR- mix with the following oils: Meyer Lemon, Basil, Roasted Walnut, Chipotle.
  • TANGERINE BALSAMIC VINEGAR- mix with the following oils: Blood Orange, Sesame Seed, Chipotle.
  • PINEAPPLE BALSAMIC VINEGAR- mix with the following oils: Sesame Seed, Orange, Meyer Lemon.
  • CINNAMON PEAR BALSAMIC VINEGAR- mix with the following oils: Blood Orange, Walnut, Meyer Lemon.
  • RED APPLE BALSAMIC VINEGAR- mix with the following oils: Meyer Lemon, Blood Orange.

NOTE: HOJI BLANCA, PICUAL, CASTILLE, NOCELLARA, ARBOSANO, ASCALANA, BARNEA, PICUDO, ARBEQUINA, ORGANIC, GREEK all mix well with any of our Balsamic Vinegars.
